What are you trying to say?

Prepare: work out the concern you want to raise.

Practise: find wording you can actually use.

Reflect: consider the response and your next step.

WORK WITH ME

Choose the support that fits your situation.

Communication & trust

For couples who want to work on a recurring difficulty together. Bring a conversation you keep returning to, a need that is hard to express or a concern about damaged trust.

Ask about couples support ↗

Recovery after relationship harm

Individual support with boundaries, self-trust and the impact of harmful or controlling behaviour. You can seek support on your own, whether you stay in or leave a relationship.

Ask about individual support ↗

One pattern or conversation

A focused session to think through a repeating relationship pattern or prepare a boundary conversation. Describe the topic briefly and we can discuss a suitable session.

Ask about a focused session ↗

If there is fear, coercion or violence in a relationship, individual safety and specialist support come first. Couples communication work is not an appropriate starting point for every situation.

Meet Natalie

Meet Natalie Jane

I work with individuals and couples around communication, damaged trust and the impact of harmful relationship experiences.

That might mean preparing for a difficult conversation, understanding a repeated pattern or deciding what you need after trust has been broken. Where addiction has affected a relationship, the impact on both trust and daily life matters.

My training includes relationship coaching, somatic trauma-informed coaching, narcissistic abuse support and addiction recovery. Further studies in Level 7 CBT, clinical hypnosis and narcissistic abuse treatment are in progress.

Before you begin

Can I come on my own? +

Yes. Individual support gives you space to consider your own experience, needs and choices. Your partner does not have to attend.

What if my relationship has been harmful? +

Tell me only what you feel comfortable sharing in an initial enquiry. We can discuss whether individual support is suitable and whether specialist services are needed. Couples work is not the starting point when there is fear, coercion or violence.

How do I choose a book? +

Start with the issue you want help with: Speak to Be Heard for communication, Boundaries Without the Guilt for setting limits, or Finding Your Way Home for rebuilding after a harmful relationship. Email me if you are unsure.

How do I ask about sessions or Plain Speaking? +

Use the enquiry form below to ask about an offer. You can keep your first message brief. We will discuss suitability, price, availability and terms before you decide whether to book.

Do you support counsellors and coaches too? +

I also offer a Business Power Hour for counsellors and coaches. Email sessions@calmmindtherapyservices.co.uk with “Business Power Hour” in the subject to ask about it.
