You do not need a whole new life plan. You need one next step that fits the life you have.

My Next Chapter is a practical workbook for rebuilding your life after a breakup or a difficult or abusive relationship. Instead of big promises, it helps you start with one real, present need, whether that is your routine, work, study, money or friendships, and build from there, one manageable step at a time.

This workbook will help you

  • Work out where to begin when everything feels like it needs attention
  • Rebuild confidence through small, practical choices
  • Try out a possibility before committing to it
  • Build a week you can actually live in
  • Reconnect with people without having to explain everything

Inside

  • Choose where to begin and what you want this to help with
  • What is yours to choose
  • Try a possibility before making it a promise
  • Rebuilding a week you can actually live in
  • Finding company without having to explain everything
  • Work, money and decisions that need advice
  • Review the plan without reviewing your worth
