Finding Your Way Home
You left. So why does it still feel like you are carrying it?
Finding Your Way Home is a recovery guide for the months after an abusive, controlling or harmful relationship. If you are still replaying what happened, doubting your own judgement or missing the person who hurt you, nothing is wrong with you. These are some of the most common reactions after harm, and this guide explains why they happen and what you can do next, at a pace that suits you.
